Recruiting a board member is one of the difficult tasks to complete for an organization and its board members. Usually when a new board member is required people from inside the organization and on board send out nominees so that a well-established person can be hired. The issue with the procedure is that it is vague (Collamer, 2022). There is no certain description or requirement that is sent out for the hiring of the new board member. The main issue in finding a good candidate for the board members is that organizations do not provide the well-constructed layout that is required. There are no mentions of the qualification, skills, or experience (Collamer, 2022).
